Woodworking curriculum
Professional Development
The key to customer success is our unique and effective training program. We combine online learning with hands on training (choose from in-person, remote, or self paced) to train up any teacher to teach woodworking.
No specific certification required
90% of teachers we train have no background in woodworking
Ongoing Support for the life of your program
We are here when you need us and we empower your teachers to both lead and learn with your students. Pacing guides help teachers stay on schedule and our online community provides expert and peer support.
Portable Equipment and hand-powered tools turn any room into a woodshop
Our CEO invented the portable workbench (patent pending) so that schools could enjoy woodworking in any classroom. Those workbenches fit inside tool chests that also have all the hand powered tools (no power tools for minors) you need to make dozens of projects.
Project-ready materials remove prep time
In contrast to big box stores or monthly subscription kits, our projects require students to measure, mark, saw, fit and join projects. This develops critical thinking, math, and social-emotional development as well as sparks an interest and appreciation of working with one’s hands.
All project materials come ready to use in boxes and or on pallets so you can have your teachers focus on teaching, not preparing lumber.

Funding available from multiple sources
In addition to annual budgets, many customers have also had success with local granting agencies, Title 1, 2, 4 grants, 21st CCLC (for out of school hour enrichment) and Perkins grants which, in some states, extends down to 5th grade.
